We are currently seeking a dedicated and skilled Care Home Manager (Nursing) to lead a well-established and reputable nursing care home. If you have strong leadership skills and a commitment to delivering high-quality care, this role is for you. Key Responsibilities: Lead and manage the nursing care home, ensuring the highest standards of care are provided to residents. Oversee all aspects of day-to-day operations, including staffing, budgets, and regulatory compliance. Lead and mentor a team of nurses, carers, and support staff. Develop and implement care plans in line with individual needs and regulatory guidelines. Ensure the care home is compliant with CQC (Care Quality Commission) standards. Build strong relationships with residents, their families, and external agencies. Monitor and evaluate the quality of care delivered, ensuring continuous improvement. Qualifications & Experience: Registered Nurse (RN/RMN/RNLD) with a valid NMC pin. Proven experience in care home management, preferably in a nursing environment. Strong understanding of CQC regulations and nursing home compliance. Excellent leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills. Ability to manage budgets and financial performance effectively.
