We are currently seeking a Semi Skilled Assembler to join our team in our Redditch manufacturing site. The main purpose of this role is to carry out assembly, testing, and inspection in accordance with Company procedures and requirements. This exciting role involves working in a clean, air-conditioned environment manufacturing miniature cooling devices for the Defence and Space market.

Our normal working hours (total 37 hours per week) are:
1. Mon to Thu 8 till 17.00 (with a paid morning break and 45 minute lunch break)
2. Fri 8 till 12.00 (with a paid morning break)
Semi Skilled Assembler Responsibilities:
1. To perform all tasks in accordance with safe methods of work and complying with all appropriate HSE&F guidelines and legislation.
2. To assemble, test and/or inspect components or products in accordance with drawings or other specification requirements.
3. To accurately complete all relevant documentation in a timely manner.
4. To work effectively as an individual or as a team member to achieve the required quality, delivery, and cost performance necessary to enable the business to satisfy customer orders.
5. Demonstrate a professional approach to all situations and be able to represent the business appropriately.
