Customer Service Administrator
Salary: £23,797.80 per annum
Hours: 37.5 hours per week (7 Week Rota)
Location: Stonehouse, GL10 3EX – Minimum 2-3 days in the office

Now, we're looking for a Customer Service Administrator to join our friendly and fast-paced team. Whether you're new to office work or bringing previous customer service experience, if you're a great communicator with a passion for problem-solving, we'd love to hear from you!
What the Customer Service Administrator role entails?
Handling customer queries via phone and email – providing solutions
Processing orders, managing delivery enquiries, and actioning refunds/credits
Supporting online sales through our customer portals (e.g., Hush Puppies, Muck Boot)
What hours do we work?
5 weeks of Monday – Friday 8:30 – 17:00
1 week of Monday – Friday 7:00 – 15:30 - WFH
1 week of Monday – Friday 10:30 – 19:00 – WFH
What We're Looking For:
A friendly, confident communicator who enjoys helping customers
Good attention to detail and the ability to work under pressure
Comfortable using Microsoft Office and learning new systems
A proactive team player who enjoys working in a fast-moving environment
