As Digital Manager, you’ll take the lead on shaping our digital work, helping develop and manage a new website, and driving engagement across LinkedIn and other key platforms. You’ll be instrumental in telling our story, reaching key decision-makers, and making sure our campaigns get noticed. What You’ll Be Doing: Own the digital presence: Oversee the development, maintenance, and optimisation of a new CSG website to create an engaging and seamless user experience. (Our website is getting a complete overhaul, and you'll have the chance to help shape it from the ground up) Grow our digital impact: Develop and implement a strategic content calendar that aligns with our campaigns and objectives, with a focus on LinkedIn and YouTube. Drive engagement: Lead social media strategy, paid campaigns, and content creation to increase brand awareness and audience interaction. Optimise performance: Use analytics and SEO best practices to enhance website traffic, engagement, and digital conversions. Create compelling content: Craft engaging multimedia content, including video, infographics, and interactive storytelling, ensuring high-quality output that resonates with our audiences. Innovate and experiment: Stay ahead of digital trends and emerging platforms to ensure CSG remains at the forefront of digital engagement. What We’re Looking For: Proven experience in digital marketing, content strategy, and campaign management. A track record of growing engagement on LinkedIn and optimising website performance. Expertise in SEO, UX design, and accessibility best practices. Strong project management skills and the ability to juggle multiple priorities. A creative storyteller who can bring our work to life across digital platforms. Experience in paid digital campaigns, particularly LinkedIn Ads.
