Electrical Infrastructure Manager - Project Delivery
We are seeking an experienced Electrical Infrastructure Manager to oversee the supply chain operation for our client, a leading provider of project management and implementation services.
About the Role:
The successful candidate will be responsible for coordinating site surveys, evaluating M&E supplier proposals, and producing technical requirements for supplier quotations. They will also attend design meetings, provide support to the Site Supervisor, and assist the Project Manager in planning, executing, and completing M&E sub-contract works.
Key Responsibilities:
* Coordinating and attending site surveys at both tender and project delivery stages
* Evaluating M&E supplier proposals and generating proposals for M&E requirements
* Producing technical and delivery requirements for supplier quotations and conducting evaluations
* Attending design meetings and providing support to the Site Supervisor
* Assisting the Project Manager in the planning, execution, and completion of M&E sub-contract works
* Managing supplier progress and performance, ensuring alignment with project plans
* Managing the production of designs, including equipment locations, installation designs, and equipment designs
* Managing M&E FAT's and reviewing all relevant documentation
* Managing the coordination of designers and installers
* Reviewing site test documentation and RAMS
* Managing site supervisors for M&E works and all aspects of installation handover
Requirements:
* At least 4 years of experience in a similar role
* SSTS and CSCS qualifications
* Familiarity with electrical infrastructure and electrical principles associated with projects in transportation, power, or comparable sizable projects
* Good level of IT proficiency, including Excel and Word
What We Offer:
A competitive salary of £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, plus benefits.
