We are looking for an SEO and content writing expert who can help us inspire more people to foster with Five Rivers. Your responsibilities in this role will be twofold: • Develop and deliver a 12-month website content plan for five-rivers.org. Primarily focusing on our fostering pages and blog, you will present a plan to internal stakeholders explaining how you will create and edit content to increase fostering enquiries. You will also propose a means and frequency of reporting to ensure KPIs are on-track. Over the course of this maternity cover contract, you will deliver persuasive, on-brand, accurate, and SEO-optimised content, measuring and analysing its impact. • Complete ad hoc content writing tasks as they arise. This may include, but is not limited to: proofreading a prospectus for one of our schools, writing an editorial piece, drafting copy for an ad, or writing subtitles for a video. About you With at least three years of SEO and content writing experience, you will have a proven track record in delivering engaging, well-researched content that drives measurable results. You will bring technical know-how and an understanding of creating high-value search engine-optimised content. You will keep a pulse on the latest SEO, content marketing, and digital marketing trends and best practices. Tools such as SEMRush, Google Search Console and Google Analytics will be second nature to you. You're a fanatical writer who always comes up with fresh ideas to make content sing. You are confident researching and drafting a persuasive blog posts and website content that is aligned with our brand, tone of voice, and wider strategic objectives.
