An established and highly regarded recruitment agency specialising in Engineering recruitment solutions is seeking experienced 360 Recruitment Consultants and senior consultant(s) recruiters to join their team. You must have proven success as a billing recruiter, with sector knowledge in areas such as Technical, Maintenance, Energy, or Manufacturing.
Key Requirements:
1. MUST Demonstrable recruitment experience in engineering sectors (Technical, Maintenance, Energy, Manufacturing, etc.)
2. Proven track record of being a billing recruiter
3. Strong understanding of recruitment processes and ability to work independently
4. Confident in generating leads, fulfilling requirements, and sourcing top applicants
5. Ability to work self-managed with strong support and infrastructure provided

Salary and Bonus:
1. Salary based on experience, plus monthly performance bonuses
2. Tiered bonus percentages and your bonus is based on the total billed applied the tier bracket and pays on ALL at that level/percentage
3. Nil threshold bonus (if threshold figure is hit) - i.e., pays back to zero
