The Holdcroft Motor Group are looking for an experienced Recruitment Executive to manage the end-to-end recruitment process through sourcing and pre-screening candidates, arranging interviews with Hiring Managers and supporting the candidates through the offer and onboarding process across our 27 sites. As our Internal Recruitment Executive, you will be responsible for the production of job templates and creation of adverts to post on our website, job boards and social media ranging from senior level recruitment to technical staff, sales and administration. You will work with Hiring Managers to understand their needs and requirements ensuring this is considered through the sourcing of candidates through various channels and pre-screening stages. Building strong relationships internally and externally with agencies and job boards to acknowledge skills gaps and work seamlessly to recruit all vacancies whilst working in a cost effective and timely manner. Required skills as an Internal Recruitment Executive: Previous high-volume recruitment experience, either in-house or agency. Level 3 CertRP qualification or equivalent. Knowledge and understanding of the automotive industry is preferred but not essential. Ability to manage and a high and demanding workload. Familiarity with ATS platforms and other computer systems. An exceptional ability to build and maintain strong relationships internally and externally. Strong organisational skills. Full UK driving licence is preferred but not required.
