Key Responsibilities
The successful candidate will be responsible for successfully running our Melksham branch, located in SN12, as part of a 250+ strong network nationally. Key responsibilities include:
* Managing branch operations to deliver exceptional customer service and drive sales growth
* Fostering a high-performing team through effective leadership, training, and development
* Implementing strategic initiatives to enhance branch performance and contribute to the company's overall success
The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales management, excellent communication skills, and the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
