Due to an increase in upcoming projects, there is now a need for an Engineering Supervisor to join this highly successful and forward-thinking organisation.
We are looking for an Engineering Supervisor who wants to work in a diverse role where no two days are the same.
As the Engineering Supervisor, you will provide the delivery of both planned and reactive FM maintenance services.
Responsibilities:
1. Providing technical support and leadership and direction to the shift team.
2. Carrying out PPM's and reactive works.
3. Responding effectively to critical and non-critical engineering mechanical/electrical failures and events as a multi-skilled leader.
4. Following established incident management protocols, monitoring plant status, and managing equipment breakdowns.
5. Communicating effectively with stakeholders and representing the company in a positive professional manner.
6. Ensuring staff under your control recognize that we work in a service industry.
7. Helping to train, support, and coach staff as necessary.
8. Managing an inventory of regularly used parts and critical spares.
Minimum Requirements:
1. Previous experience in a Lead Engineer/Supervisor role.
2. A technical qualification in an electrical (preferable) and/or mechanical discipline.
3. 18th Edition qualified.
4. HV-AP experience qualified to JPS 375 or willing to undergo the requisite training to obtain the latter qualification.
5. Obtaining PS-AP qualification, with the ability to maintain/extend both qualifications.
6. Knowledgeable of both Mechanical and Electrical building services.
