Our team is responsible for the management of community based Orders imposed by the Courts and post release prison conditions imposed by the Parole board. This particular Justice Worker role primarily involves working, in a trauma informed manner, within our Fife Connect project, where we facilitate (and take part in) outdoor projects and groupwork programmes for our service users. The Person The successful candidate should have experience in case and risk management. This will include experience of joint working with other professionals and services to improve outcomes for people whilst undertaking and working to national standards and data protection guidelines. The successful candidate should be able to evidence an understanding of the complexities of managing risk while supporting women. Skills in report writing are essential as the Justice worker role requires writing reports for Courts and for other professional meetings. The successful candidate should be able to write reports that are factual and concise. The ability to motivate, advise and listen are key communication skills for the role as the successful candidate will be engaging people with varying motivation and communication needs. The successful candidate should also have experience of empowering others to make positive lifestyle changes, promoting equality and diversity. The successful candidate should have a full driving licence and have the ability to travel across Fife.
