Role: Clinical Pharmacist Banding : Band 8a Location: Redditch Rate: £34- £39 per hour Working Hours : Monday to Friday, 9:00am – 5:00pm Start Date: ASAP Duration: Until 31 July 2025 About the role: We are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Band 8a Pharmacist to join our team at Pulse AHP. This role is essential in providing expert pharmaceutical care and ensuring the safe and effective use of medications within the hospital. The successful candidate will be responsible for a range of clinical pharmacy services, contributing to the high standards of patient care we uphold. Duties and Responsibilities: In this role, you will be responsible for delivering comprehensive clinical pharmacy services, including the review and management of patient medication therapies, providing expert advice on the use of medications, and ensuring compliance with relevant guidelines and regulations. You will work closely with the multidisciplinary team to optimize patient outcomes, manage medication-related issues, and support the overall functioning of the pharmacy department. Your role will also involve the use of the Bluespier system, if applicable, to enhance the efficiency and accuracy of pharmacy operations. Requirements: Essential: Up to date GPHC registration. Relevant Pharmacy qualification. Experience in a clinical pharmacy setting. Desirable: Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
