Requirements :
5. Manage a complex and varied caseload with appropriate supervision, ensuring adherence to policies, procedures, and legislation.
6. Prepare written statements and representations for Court hearings within legislative frameworks.
7. Make complex decisions using professional judgment, critical reflection, and service user involvement.
8. Assess levels of risk and need, conduct safeguarding investigations, and maintain updated assessments and care plans.
9. Develop and negotiate personalised care packages with individuals and stakeholders within allocated budgets.
10. Undertake direct work with adults and families according to care plans.
11. Collaborate across multi-agency boundaries and represent the department in multidisciplinary forums, including chairing when required.
12. Model critical reflection, evidence-based decision-making, inclusive practice, and contribute to team and professional development.
What we are looking for in a Social Worker:
13. Social Work England registration
14. Eligible to work in the UK
15. Hold a full UK licence
16. Post-qualified experience
17. Degree level or equivalent in Social Work
