To support the Clinical Improvement and Transformation team to deliver a range of business initiatives and projects Support, monitor and report on project activities. Provide support in the writing and finalising of papers, briefs and communication pieces. Provide administrative support to the team as required, including taking minutes or notes of meetings. Support workshop and event planning, including content, ensuring that project teams are fully prepared for meetings with supporting paperwork and information, Provide information to project leads on project related matters. Maintain data/information collection systems for its effective use by the team To support processes to monitor, interpret and quality assure progress against deliverables across projects/programmes Improve our ways of working by collating and implementing lessons learned from projects, processes and procedures.
