We have an exciting opportunity as an Executive Assistant, directly supporting the Chief Executive.
What you'll do
You will play an essential role in supporting and representing the Chief Executive with confidence.
The dynamic nature of this role requires the ideal candidate to have exemplary communication and time management skills, and the ability to identify and anticipate the Chief Executive's needs. You will liaise with other executive assistants and senior stakeholders to ensure a professional, efficient service is delivered at all times.
You will act as the first point of contact with a range of internal and external stakeholders and will provide guidance to others in accordance with the Chief Executive's needs.
Your tasks will include:
* Diary management to ensure the effective use of time.
* Effective inbox management, ensuring urgent emails are escalated appropriately, draft responses are produced, and an efficient filing and recall system is implemented.
* Managing and administering meetings and visits, room bookings, refreshments, and associated travel planning with effective communication throughout.
* The screening of communications, sometimes dealing with sensitive and confidential matters.
* Recording and chasing actions from meetings.
* Ascertaining and communicating highly confidential information whilst exercising discretion.
What you'll need
We are looking for someone with Board level Executive Assistant experience. In addition, you will be a clear and confident communicator with excellent written skills and the ability to influence others and build relationships. You will possess exceptional organisational skills and the ability to meet tight deadlines.
Furthermore, you will have:
