About The Role You will Provide secretariat services to support the Board and its sub-committees, non-executive directors and the executive leadership team including organising meetings, collating and distributing papers, taking and circulating minutes and taking responsibility for updating actions arising from those meetings. Provide support to the Chair of the Board and other non-executive directors as is necessary to ensure they are able to carry out their duties effectively, including organising and making travel / accommodation arrangements, processing expense claims and any other administrative tasks as they arise. Contribute to the maintenance of a forward plan of Board, committee and executive leadership team meetings and papers. We don’t expect candidates to meet every single desired qualification.
