To develop customer led support using person centred and psychologically informed approaches by providing information, advice and support for adults who are or at risk of homelessness. To contribute to the delivery of a high quality, safe and dynamic service in accordance with our policies, procedures, vision, values and strategic objectives. The post holder will primarily work Monday to Friday in a flexible manner responding to the requirements of the service with the ability to work outside core hours to include weekends to meet the needs of the role and services. The post holder will work within Psychologically Informed Frameworks to ensure that all customers are enabled to make lasting changes which equip them for independent living and work.
