GP Healthcare Alliance have an exciting opportunity for a physiotherapist to work alongside a mix of allied healthcare professionals, delivering healthcare to the community of Canvey Island. This role will be based at Canvey Primary Care Centre and is to work on Saturdays, 9am-4.30pm (unpaid 30 min break). The Extended Hours Service is delivered by GP Healthcare Alliance on behalf of Canvey PCN. Whether you are looking for a fixed term contract, zero hour contract or working as a contractor we can consider accommodating your preference. We offer flexibility around the number of Saturdays you would like to work each month or perhaps you would prefer ad hoc sessions which can arranged through our locum platform. The patients will be booked in advanced, proportionately per GP practice. You will receive an out of hours pay enhancement which is dependent on the applicant’s level of experience. About the Candidate All applicants should have the following qualifications and registrations, either in place or pending: Registered with Health & Care Professions Council and the Chartered Society of Physiotherapy (CSP). Experience of working within primary care. Excellent written and oral communication skills. B e able to work autonomously within their scope of practice.
