We are ideally looking to speak to those with previous billing/sales ledger experience. However, if you are looking for your first finance role and have an excellent track record in data entry/administration, we'd love to hear from you.

Salary: 26K – 28K per annum
Location: Brighton, East Sussex
Hours: Full Time, flexible
Duties & Responsibilities:
1. Generate invoices and credit notes through the accounting software.
2. Process credit notes, corrections, and billing changes.
3. Support with billing and e-billing tasks, managing queries, and creating Excel reports.
4. Cost reporting to support managers with job pricing.
5. Resolve invoice-related queries.
Skills and Experience Required:
1. Strong attention to detail.
2. Excellent administration and numerical experience.
3. Ability to work under pressure.
