This will be a high profile role both internally and externally and will work across multiple bids and PCSAs in an office based role.

Description
Working out of the office, this is a multi-project role and will have these key responsibilities:
Oversee the preconstruction phase of projects, ensuring designs meet client specifications and regulatory requirements
Collaborate with architects, engineers, and other stakeholders to create cost-effective and efficient designs
Manage the project design budget and timeline, ensuring resources are allocated effectively
Conduct risk assessments and implement risk management strategies in line with new BSA regulations
