About the Role:

As a Pastoral Intervention and Behaviour Mentor, you will work closely with students, teachers, and other professionals to provide emotional support and guidance. You will be responsible for building positive relationships with students, helping them to develop essential life skills, and promoting their overall well-being.

Key Responsibilities:

* Support students with SEMH needs, providing individualised care and guidance
">
* Work collaboratively with teaching staff to develop and implement behaviour plans
">
* Maintain accurate records of student progress and achievements
">
* Participate in regular meetings with parents and carers to ensure open communication
">
* Contribute to the development of school policies and procedures related to pastoral care
">

Requirements:

To be successful in this role, you will need:

A strong academic background in Psychology or Criminology

Estimated Salary: £25,000 - £30,000 per annum
