In this role, you will take ownership of impactful L&D projects, working closely with internal and external stakeholders to create meaningful learning experiences.
We are looking for an agile thinker with strong consultancy and project management skills, someone who is proactive and results-focused. You will play a key role in shaping our learning initiatives, using creativity and problem-solving to overcome challenges and drive success.
What You’ll Do:
* Lead key L&D projects such as building a technical competency framework and developing eAcademy. This will include conducting user research, improving UX on our eLearning platform, and collaborating with developers to implement changes.
* Support the Head of L&D on new initiatives by sharing your expertise, researching emerging trends, presenting proposals, and leading implementation efforts.
* Solve problems creatively, listening to stakeholder needs and devising solutions to enhance learning experiences.
* Influence without authority, working across teams to gain buy-in, manage stakeholders, and drive projects to completion.
* Improve processes to streamline and enhance the way learning is delivered within GÉANT and its wider community.

Working Arrangements
GÉANT supports hybrid working arrangements, with two days per week in the Cambridge or Amsterdam office and occasional travel within Europe.

Stage One:

Stage Two:
Next, you’ll meet the hiring manager for a deeper dive into your project management and L&D experience. Don’t worry—it’s more of a conversation than an interrogation!
Stage Three:
Ideally, we’ll meet face-to-face (or virtually if needed) where you will be given a short assignment to present and prepare. Do not worry, you will have enough time and the relevant resources to succeed.
