The Project Manager will drive the execution of small to medium projects, ensuring that commitments are delivered on time, within scope, to budget, and to the required quality standards.
Role Responsibilities
* Deliver projects on schedule and within budget as specified by project plans.
* Ensure the use of appropriate processes and standards throughout the project lifecycle.
* Define a communication plan suitable for the project size and importance.
* Ensure that the project scope is clearly defined and documented at the onset of the project.
* Manage scope changes and change requests escalating internally and externally as necessary impacts on costs, schedules, and deliverables.
* Anticipate and communicate the impact of project decisions and actions on client commitments /expectations.
* Creates and monitors risk logs and actively mitigates all risks.
* Demonstrates project control through disciplined measurement, assessment, planning, and reporting.
* Build relationships across organizational functions (internal and external, as required by the project) at various levels including but not limited to decision makers.
* Motivates the team to drive toward success and find ways to overcome difficulties.
Role Requirements
* Experience with project management in a healthcare environment.
* Strong organization and time management skills.
* Great analytical and problem-solving skills with a high attention to detail.
* Great communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills, and ability to work with diverse personality types.
* MS Project and MS Office Suite skills are required (PowerPoint, Word, Excel, Teams).
Working Arrangements
* Standard working week with flexibility to meet assignment needs.
* Primarily working on client sites or remotely.
* May require after-hours work and occasional on-call support.
* Leave may be limited during peak times (e.g., project Go-Live events), including holiday periods.
