The successful candidate will support placement areas to offer high quality placement experiences for the future workforce, as well as offering pastoral support to learners across a range of professions. Additionally the candidate will work within a multi-professional team to support the provision of education, learners and newly qualified health care professionals. This role will have specific oversight to support, maintain and develop our learning environments. Your role will include involvement in wider department activities such as supporting simulation courses, preceptorship and clinical skills teaching. Main duties of the job For this role you require experience of teaching, assessing, and supporting students, and be committed to improving the quality of placements. You will have the opportunity to showcase innovative ideas to increase student capacity and improve feedback. The post holder will have the opportunity to work within the wider education department to develop new skills and should therefore be committed to supporting the education and development of others.
