This leading BI and data solutions firm serves the commercial and federal sectors and maintains its strong legacy of customer-focused solutions, empowering its clients to optimize their resources, enhance performance, and achieve mission-critical objectives.
We are seeking a dynamic and visionary Chief Executive Officer (CEO) to lead the organization through its next phase of growth. The CEO will play a pivotal role in expanding market presence, fostering strategic partnerships, and ensuring operational excellence across its services. Key Responsibilities
1. Strategic Leadership: Develop and implement long-term strategic plans that support the company’s mission and vision, doubling its revenue through customer expansion.
2. Business Development: Lead efforts to expand the company’s client portfolio, targeting new federal government agencies outside of the Defense while deepening existing relationships.
3. Operational Excellence: Maintain and enhance operational efficiency, ensuring that service delivery meets and exceeds client expectations.
4. Financial Oversight: Oversee financial performance, including budgeting, forecasting, and cost optimization, ensuring sustained profitability.
5. Compliance and Governance: Ensure adherence to federal government regulations, ethical business practices, and industry standards.
6. Talent Leadership: Foster an inclusive and high-performing organizational culture, mentoring the executive leadership team and supporting professional development.
Qualifications:
1. U.S. citizenship with the ability to obtain or currently hold a Top-Secret clearance.
2. Minimum of 10 years of executive leadership experience in business intelligence, federal contracting, or consulting.
3. Proven track record of growing a business and securing contracts in federal and commercial markets.
4. Deep understanding of the federal contracting landscape, including Defense and adjacent agencies.
5. Exceptional communication and relationship-building skills, with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels.
6. Strong financial acumen, with expertise in budgeting, P&L management, and cost control.
7. Bachelor’s degree in business, finance, public administration, or a related field; an advanced degree is preferred.
Preferred Experience:
1. Background in navigating re-compete processes for federal contracts.
2. Familiarity with advanced data analytics and business intelligence tools.
