We currently have an Advisor/Team Leader vacancy available in the Recruitment Team responsible for Admin & Clerical, Estates & Facilities, Allied Health Professionals and Healthcare Scientists posts.
The successful applicant will need to be be able to build strong working relationships and be able to prioritise well. This role comes at a time when, as both a function and an organisation, we are being asked to do more with less, and so the ability to review processes and approaches and implement changes as appropriate is key.
Main duties of the job
You will support the Recruitment Department in the delivery and continuous improvement of the recruitment service within the Health Board. This will include (but is not limited to):
1. Co-ordinating the full recruitment process from advertising to onboarding;
2. Developing relationships with key stakeholders;
3. Leading a Team;
4. Working closely with others within Recruitment to consider innovative solutions to engage candidates;
5. Being a key contact in providing guidance and advice on Recruitment matters;
6. Working to deadlines and Key Performance Indicators.
Working with a variety of stakeholders you will need to hold the Health Board values at the centre of your day to day transactions.
