Job Description
We are seeking dedicated SEN/SEND Tutors to provide high-quality educational support to young people with Special Education Needs and Disabilities (SEND), Social, Emotional and Mental Health needs (SEMH), Moderate and Severe Learning Difficulties (MLD/SLD), and other Additional Educational Needs.
The ideal candidate will have a passion for transforming the lives of disengaged, at-risk, and vulnerable learners in Kent. As a SEN/SEND Tutor, you will work 1:1 with children and young people, providing flexible and holistic trauma-informed tutoring and mentoring to raise their engagement and drastically improve their educational journey.

Tutor Requirements
* Professional Teaching Qualifications (Qualified Teacher Status/QTS/QTLS)
* Minimum 2 years teaching experience
* Experience working with young people with SEND, SEMH, MLD, SLD, and/or other Additional Educational Needs
* Enhanced DBS clearance (we can help obtain this at cost if needed)
* Right to work in the UK
Employment Details
You will work through a contract for service and will be paid via PAYE. This is not a self-employed tutoring/self-employed teaching position. All candidates must undergo strict processes to ensure their suitability to work with children and young people before being considered for work with us.
