As the Registered Branch Manager, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the success of our business. Your responsibilities will include managing budgets, targets, key performance indicators (KPIs), staffing, quality and compliance, acquiring new business, and providing quality care services. You will also be accountable for meeting and exceeding customer expectations in branch operations. Your main responsibilities as the Registered Branch Manager will include: Ensuring that all team members adhere to Curant Care's operational policies. Ensuring that care workers deliver quality care that meets both company standards and Care Quality Commission regulations. Meeting and exceeding the company's Key Performance Indicators. Growing and developing the business. Promoting awareness of the company's positive reputation. Leading the branch and providing care and support services when needed. Recruiting and developing your team. Qualifications and Experience: A minimum Level 5 Diploma in Health and Social Care or equivalent, or currently working towards this level. Experience in managing and leading a team. A solid understanding of the social care sector. Knowledge of finance is preferred but not essential. A proven background in Health & Social Care.
