The University of Bath is looking for a skilled and people-centred Project Coordinator to support the delivery of student-focused projects focused around inclusive culture.
About The Role
Your work will be varied and highly collaborative, working with others to develop a more inclusive university culture and to improve the student experience.
You will provide operational support to facilitate the management and successful delivery of both the #NeverOK campaign and other relevant culture and inclusion projects that contribute to the University’s equality and diversity strategic aims. You will support all stages of the project work from planning to evaluating and evidencing their impact. You will also play a key role in supporting the communication and visibility of these initiatives, ensuring high student engagement.
You'll be part of a small, supportive team but will have opportunities to work with colleagues across the university whilst working in partnership with the Culture and Inclusion Team, Students' Union and wider Student Support and Safeguarding Department.
About You
You will:
1. be able to demonstrate a track record of administering, delivering and evaluating projects in a large, complex organisation with multiple stakeholders
2. have experience in developing communication plans, as well as creating engaging and creative communication materials for diverse audiences
3. understand the importance of evaluation to monitor the effectiveness, and evidence the impact, of the projects you support
4. be comfortable with gathering and analysing qualitative and quantitative data, and producing reports
5. need to be organised, self-motivated and able to balance the needs of multiple stakeholders
6. be excited by collaborating with our students, and contributing to a safe and more inclusive student experience for our community.
Although not essential, previous experience of working with students and/or minoritised identity groups will be advantageous, as will previous experience of supporting campaigns for social or behavioural change.
