Community Project Coordinator (Social media platform)- 6-12 months contract role - Fully Remote - £28-£32k per annum
We are seeking a highly organized, detail-oriented, and proactive Community Project Coordinator to support our global community team. This role will work closely with the Manager of the International Community, assisting with operational tasks, developing clear and effective process documentation, and tracking key projects to ensure smooth execution. Similar to a Chief of Staff, this individual will play a pivotal role in bringing order and clarity to fast-moving projects, creating a foundation for successful community initiatives across multiple markets.
Responsibilities:
● Assist the Manager of the International Community team in tracking the team's roadmap and ensuring alignment with key business goals. Own the creation of team trackers, project documents, and workflows to optimize team productivity and efficiency.
● Develop, document, and refine processes for community growth initiatives, ensuring clarity and ease of execution across regional teams. Create user-friendly guides and documentation that distil complex concepts into simple, actionable steps.
● Maintain a well-organized system for managing multiple initiatives at once, ensuring that processes are followed, all projects stay on track and deadlines are met.
● Proactively identify areas for improvement within existing community growth processes.
● Consolidate and analyze feedback and results from global initiatives, synthesizing insights to create organized reports and actionable recommendations alongside local teams.
● Understand and facilitate the use of internal tools and processes to tackle vendor onboarding, events payment, and booking procedures for the international team.
● Develop team templates to help structure and deliver the team’s insights effectively to diverse audiences.
Required qualifications:
● 4-5 years of experience in project management, operations, or data visualization.
● Experience working in fast-paced environments, particularly in tech, digital education, gaming production, or online community-focused organizations, is a plus.
● You craft perfectly outlined, well-formatted, and clear documents and presentations.
● Problem-solver with excellent communication, presentation, and written skills: you’re capable of understanding challenges from people across organisations and cultures.
● Proficiency with tools such as the Google Suite (Docs, Spreadsheets, Slides), and project management software (e.g., Asana, Trello), and data analytics platforms.
