About The Role We're looking for a Sales Manager in Waiting to join the team in the Harrogate to cover maternity leave as well as cover various local showrooms in the area. You will be influential in helping to build high achieving design teams across multiple showrooms in your designated area. We offer a basic salary of £25,000 plus bonus while training OTE £31K Main responsibilities: Train and work with experienced managers in some of our showrooms of excellence, learning the fundamentals of managing a Wren Kitchens showroom. I dentify opportunities for the teams you are working in, to increase sales growth. With a hands-on approach to recruitment, development, coaching and managing all showroom colleagues, this is a great opportunity to develop your management career. In addition to any other duties, as a responsible person you must ensure that you have read, understood and adhere to polices and procedure relating to Health and Safety, and your responsibilities located in the Integrated Management System (IMS) Responsibilities document.
