Within this role you will drive the creation and delivery of engaging, innovative digital learning solutions. You will manage and mentor a small team, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and utilise the latest learning technologies to support both learner needs and organisational goals.
Responsibilities
* Design and develop dynamic digital learning experiences, ensuring they align with adult learning principles and organisational objectives.
* Mentor and lead a small team of Learning Developers, fostering creativity and high-quality learning design.
* Develop multimedia learning content, including e-learning modules, graphics, animations, and branding.
* Leverage platforms such as LXP/LMS to deliver seamless learning experiences optimised for both desktop and mobile users.
* Collaborate with stakeholders, including SMEs, to align content with strategic objectives.
* Use data and insights to inform learning content design and drive iterative improvements.
* Analyse the effectiveness of learning solutions and implement enhancements to optimise outcomes.
