Role: We are seeking an experienced KYC Senior Analyst to join our team, ideally with a strong background in the iGaming industry. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented professional with expertise in customer onboarding, compliance, and risk assessment, ensuring a seamless and compliant player experience. Duties and Responsibilities: KPI Development & Performance Metrics: Define and implement key performance indicators (KPIs) for all positions responsible for handling customer documents, as well as for all verticals involved in the reception, processing, and verification of customer documents, ensuring efficiency, compliance, and service excellence Customer Onboarding & Compliance: Oversee the KYC process, ensuring full compliance with regulatory requirements while delivering a seamless onboarding experience. Process Optimization: Evaluate workflows, ensuring they are customer-focused and efficient. Data Analysis & Efficiency Monitoring: Conduct ongoing data analysis to assess team performance, ensuring adherence to internal procedures and SLAs. Customer Due Diligence (CDD) & Player Experience: Monitor CDD processes and Safer Gambling (SG) results, balancing compliance with a smooth player experience. Customer Interaction Evaluation: Review customer interactions to ensure compliance with best practices and an optimal user experience. Self-Exclusion Monitoring & Player Verification: Monitor self-excluded players and assist with verification processes as needed. Reporting: Prepare comprehensive KYC and Safer Gambling reports to support compliance and risk management. Quality Assurance: Ensure the delivery of high-quality results in a fast-paced consultancy environment. Stakeholder Collaboration: Work closely with internal teams and key stakeholders to ensure high standards of customer satisfaction. Additional Duties: Perform other duties as required to support the departments objectives. Person Specifications: Industry Experience: Prior experience in the iGaming industry is essential. Risk Assessment Skills: Proven experience in completing risk profiles and assessments. Regulatory Knowledge: Strong familiarity with compliance regulations related to KYC and online gaming. Analytical Skills: Excellent attention to detail with experience in analysing data, reports, and trends. Time Management: Ability to work effectively under pressure and manage priorities efficiently. Technical Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, Word, Outlook, etc.).
