About the Role:
We are seeking an experienced Team Leader to join our dedicated team, providing leadership and coordination for learning disabilities supported housing schemes and domiciliary services across Blackpool.
Main Responsibilities:
* Lead a team of staff members in delivering effective services and daily operational management.
* Develop and implement strategies for improving service delivery and staff performance.
* Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and organizational policies.
