We're seeking a future team member for the role of CASS Specialist, Regulatory Oversight Management to join our Global Asset Safety team. This role is located in London, United Kingdom and will work HYBRID schedule. In this role, you'll make an impact in the following ways: Provide oversight and management of a range of UK CASS regulatory and governance deliverables, including the annual CASS Audit and development of asset safety training and policies Produce detailed technical interpretation and guidance documents on the application of client asset safety regulations Acting as client asset safety SME within breach lifecycle and change management framework, collaborating with other functions of the business to assess change impact and develop risk mitigation strategies Lead, manage, motivate, and coach a team, maximizing their individual contribution, their professional growth and their ability to function effectively with their colleagues as a team Strong verbal and written communication skills working with a wide range of 1/2/3 Line stakeholders Contributes to a high performance team ethos and fosters an inclusive work environment; supporting the vison/values/business strategy for the team To be successful in this role, we're seeking the following: Bachelor's degree, or the equivalent combination of education and experience 5 working experience in the financial services sector Experience of working with a range of functional stakeholders, including senior management roles Strong understanding and working knowledge of the UK CASS requirements applicable to a global custody bank 3-5 years of working experience related to UK CASS regulations Awareness of client asset safety regimes in non-UK jurisdictions Experience of working in an Agile environment Experience from an audit or consultancy background At BNY, our culture speaks for itself.
