The Role:
Silcom Recruitment are supporting a client of ours, our client, a well-established multi-brand car dealership, is seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead and inspire their sales team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven leader in the automotive industry to make a significant impact on a successful dealership and drive the sales department forward.
As Sales Manager, you will take responsibility for overseeing a team of 6 Sales Executives and 2 Business Managers, ensuring that the team consistently achieves sales targets and delivers excellent customer service. The role requires a hands-on approach to managing day-to-day operations and fostering a positive, results-driven environment.
Responsibilities & Requirements of a Sales Manager:
Lead, motivate, and manage a team of 6 Sales Executives and 2 Business Managers.
Set and drive sales targets, ensuring maximum profitability across all brands.
Maintain and enhance customer satisfaction, ensuring the highest level of service throughout the sales process.
Analyse sales data, market trends, and team performance to identify areas for improvement and growth.
Collaborate with the Business Managers to maximise finance and insurance sales.
Ensure the team adheres to dealership policies, processes, and compliance standards.
Develop a strong, cohesive team culture, promoting continuous learning and achievement.
The Package:
Salary: £35,000 Basic with a realistic £60,000 OTE and a company car.
Hours: Monday to Saturday working week + designated weekly day off and no Sundays
