Key Responsibilities : Identify and drive new business opportunities across the Herts/Bedfordshire/East Anglia/Luton/MK/Buckinghamshire regions, focusing on building a strong sales pipeline. Build and maintain relationships with NHS professionals, hospitals, and community leaders, ensuring they receive the best products and solutions. Work closely with senior decision-makers and Key Opinion Leaders (KOLs), negotiating and influencing to close deals. Exceed sales targets by implementing effective strategies and market plans. Keep up with competitor activities and market trends to stay ahead and provide valuable insights. Contribute to overall business growth by developing new business areas and maintaining detailed business plans. What You’ll Need : Proven success in medical sales, preferably within the woundcare or infection Prevention market Strong communication and negotiation skills to influence key decision-makers. Experience working with the NHS, hospitals, and healthcare providers. A commercially driven mindset with a proactive approach to securing new business opportunities. Full UK driving license (no more than 3 points) and willingness to travel across the North of England.
