What skills and experience we're looking for
Part Time - 35 Hours per week: 8.00am to 4.30pm Monday and 8.00am to 3.15pm Tuesday to Friday - Permanent
This is a Term-time only plus 5 Inset days position and the ideal candidate is required to start as soon as possible.
As our Centre expands we are seeking an enthusiastic Early Years Practitioner with Level 3 qualifications to join our team in our Ofsted-rated ‘Outstanding’ Nursery School in Tilehurst, Reading.

The successful candidate will:
- Possess a solid understanding of the updated EYFS and showcase dedication to delivering childcare in an inclusive and non-discriminatory manner.
- Demonstrate experience in working with children with special educational needs (SEND) or a keen interest in doing so.
- Have a background in working with children aged 2 to 4 years, contributing to the delivery of top-notch childcare and education.
- Display creativity, dynamism, effective communication, and a collaborative team spirit.
- Approach work with flexibility and a warm, caring attitude.
