The key responsibilities of an Executive Assistant candidate will include, but may not be limited to:
* Offer comprehensive administrative support to the team.
* Coordinate schedules, appointments and bookings.
* Manage correspondence and communications.
* Compile and prepare reports and documents.
* Ensure efficient file management and organisation.
* Handle sensitive information with confidentiality.
* Assist in the preparation of team meetings and events.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Executive Assistant should have:
