The Role
An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Corporate Services Administrator to join their team on a hybrid basis. This role is vital in providing professional support to consultants, clients, and the wider team, supporting the smooth running of Group Risk & Health-care schemes, workplace pensions, and employee benefits under their Corporate Services offering.
Your Key Responsibilities:
Support consultants and clients with Group Risk & Health-care schemes, Employee Benefits, and workplace pensions admin.
Act as a key liaison between clients, providers, and advisers.
Upload and manage monthly pension contributions and assist with auto-enrolment re-enrolment processes.
Assist with annual review tasks, post-review correspondence, and follow-up actions.
Collaborate with the corporate team and provide additional support where required.
Maintain accurate records and fully engage with Intelligent Office (iO).
Assist in researching, setting up, and managing secondary market Employee Benefits.
