Our Group Support roles are vital in making sure we can help over 11,000 people deliver essential infrastructure seamlessly across water, energy, transport and telecom. This role is in our Finance department, our finance team is responsible for the financial management of our Group. This includes financial planning, budgeting, forecasting, and reporting. As our Senior FP&A Manager, you'll be at the helm of our five-year budget and business plan process, collaborating closely with senior executives and divisional finance directors. You'll also step into the shoes of the Head of FP&A when needed and lead all lender reporting, including crafting business presentations to meet the Group's covenant requirements. In this role, you'll be the go-to person for all investor reporting, providing crucial insights into Group performance and addressing any queries that come your way. You'll also prepare board presentations and papers as necessary. Our company is always growing, and you'll play a key role in supporting the M&A team with new acquisitions, integrations, and aligning with the Group's reporting requirements. Your advanced Excel and modelling skills will be put to good use as you undertake detailed financial analysis to provide business insights to the executive team and help the Group achieve its objectives. You'll also support the development and measurement of the Group's KPIs, as well as the improvement of functional reporting in Oracle. What You’ll Bring Qualified accountant (ACA, ACCA, CIMA or equivalent) with several years experience working in an FP&A role. Strong experience of financial modelling, budgeting and forecasting Experience of business partnering with senior stakeholders Significant experience leading budgeting and forecasting processes. Advanced financial modelling and excel skills. Strong systems experience. Experience of PBCS (Oracle) desirable. Strong presentational skills with the ability to present financial data clearly.
