As a Teaching Assistant, you will play a vital role in supporting our students' learning, personal self-care, and behavioural development under the guidance of teachers and senior staff. Key Responsibilities:
* Assist in the development of students' learning and self-care skills.
* Support the management of student behaviour.
* Work closely with teachers and senior staff to deliver high-quality education tailored to individual student needs.

What the school offers its staff:
St Hugh's School is a well-resourced, purpose-built school for students aged 11 to 16 years with moderate to severe learning difficulties, profound and multiple learning needs, many of whom have additional needs such as ASD and complex medical conditions. Due to growing demand, we are looking for a number of enthusiastic and motivated Teaching Assistants to join our dedicated team.
