As a contract Administrator Assistant in our Invest NI team, you’ll play a crucial role in supporting our business operations. From maintaining records to liaising with staff, contractors, and customers, your work will ensure the smooth running of essential services. You’ll be entrusted to: Provide general administrative support to the management team. Act as a key point of contact for business unit staff, contractors, customers, and suppliers. Administer expense payments and maintain accurate financial records. Maintain and file key documents to ensure compliance and accessibility. Ensure the smooth operation of accounting procedures, policies, and processes. Does this sound like you? You’ll be a great fit for this role if you have: Excellent knowledge of Excel and Microsoft Office 365 Suite. Strong IT, written, and verbal communication skills.
