There is an exciting opportunity for a Physiotherapist or Occupational Therapist to step into a Band 7 Therapy team lead post for the Urgent Community Response and Hospital at Home Team, Northallerton. They will be responsible for operational leadership for the Occupational Therapists, Physiotherapists and Therapy Assistant Practitioners. The team provides 2 hour and 2 day response for patients requiring urgent support in their locality of Hambleton & Richmondshire. This post holder will work closely alongside the existing Therapy Team for the UCR and HH team Hambleton and Richmondshire. The Therapy Lead will lead an effective and efficient service providing support to the patients in remaining in their own home/ usual place of residence and maintaining their independence.
