Responsibilities
1. Perform data entry and maintain accurate records and accreditations.
2. Manage office correspondence, including emails and phone calls, with professionalism and courtesy.
3. Manage office supplies inventory and place orders when necessary.
4. Organise meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements as necessary.
5. Answer and direct phone calls with professionalism.
6. Assist in resolving any administrative problems.
7. Collaborate with team members to streamline administrative processes and improve efficiency.
Minimum Requirements
1. Administrative experience: 2 years (required)
2. Customer service: 2 years (required)
3. Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.
4. Strong organisational skills with a keen attention to detail and the ability to prioritise work.
5. Excellent verbal and written communication skills, demonstrating effective phone etiquette.
6. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
7. Driving Licence (required).
8. English (required).
9. GCSE or equivalent (preferred).
