Within the 200-strong Infrastructure Services organization, this role will be integral to creating a cohesive operating model and fostering partnerships with critical stakeholders across the CTO, CPO, and CISO organizations. The team supports 20,000 servers, thousands of databases, and petabytes of storage across our four data centers and public cloud environments.

Infrastructure Business Management
The Infrastructure Business Management team is an integral component of the Infrastructure Services organization, committed to ensuring seamless and efficient operations across our entire infrastructure ecosystem. This team plays a crucial role in demand and capacity management, service delivery and improvement, infrastructure finance and governance, large-scale project management, and cultivating a positive workplace culture within Infrastructure Services. Our efforts are vital in optimizing these areas, thereby enhancing Worldpay's reliability and scalability, and reinforcing our reputation as the most trusted global payments provider.
What you will be doing
As an Infrastructure Demand Manager, your role will have two primary focuses:
1. Operational Framework Ownership
o Collaborate with the centralized Ways of Working team to develop and refine the operating model for Infrastructure Services.
o Serve as the voice of Infrastructure Services during framework creation, ensuring alignment with organizational priorities.
o Lead the implementation of the agreed framework, driving necessary changes to achieve defined outcomes and meet key performance metrics.
2. Stakeholder Engagement & Demand Management
o Act as the primary engagement interface for key stakeholders, including the CTO, CPO, and CISO organizations.
o Maintain strong relationships with Infrastructure Services customers to understand their needs and establish a pipeline of required work.
o Communicate pre-agreed priorities to Infrastructure Services teams and ensure alignment in execution.
o Monitor and facilitate proper engagement practices across Infrastructure Services teams to enhance service delivery and customer satisfaction.
What you bring:
* Broad experience in infrastructure, IT, or customer engagement, with a strong ability to manage priorities and build relationships across complex organizations.
* Proven track record of successfully enacting operational frameworks or driving change initiatives in a technology-focused environment.
* Strong organizational, leadership, and decision-making skills, with the ability to influence at all levels.
* Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, particularly in facilitating collaboration between diverse global teams.
Added bonus if you have:
* Experience in the payments industry or with financial technology systems.
* Advanced knowledge of and/or certifications in IT Service Management frameworks such as ITIL.
* Experience with Agile methodologies and an ability to adapt in a dynamic, fast-paced environment.
* Background in managing global teams and resources effectively.
* Familiarity with global infrastructure environments and an understanding of the challenges associated with managing diverse, distributed teams.
