About Us: NI Candle Supplies is a leading supplier of candle making materials, dedicated to providing exceptional service and products to our customers. We are seeking a motivated individual to fill a split role as a Customer Service / Warehouse Dispatch Person. This role will involve balancing responsibilities across two key areas: customer service and warehouse dispatch, with time shared between both until our company grows further, providing opportunities for career advancement. Work Structure: Initially, your time will be split between the customer service and warehouse dispatch roles. As the company grows and demand increases, there will be opportunities for career advancement, allowing for a more defined focus on either customer service or warehouse operations based on your strengths and interests. Position: Full-Time - Monday to Friday - 6 hours per day - start and finish times can be adjusted to suit school hours. Key Responsibilities Customer Service: Work closely with the company owner to deliver outstanding support to our customers. Respond to emails, answer phone calls, and attend to social media messages promptly. Book shipments with couriers and manage general administrative tasks. Demonstrate effective conflict resolution skills in customer interactions. Maintain a mature, organised approach while juggling multiple tasks. Provide five-star communication to enhance customer satisfaction. Key Responsibilities Warehouse Dispatch: Assist with picking and packing orders with a high level of accuracy and attention to detail. Ensure timely dispatch of orders to meet customer expectations. Collaborate with team members to maintain an efficient work-flow. Follow safety protocols while handling products and comfortably lift up to 10kg. Qualifications: Strong communication skills and a customer-centric mindset. Ability to multi-task and remain organised in a fast-paced environment. Positive "can do" attitude and a team player mentality. Must be computer savvy and comfortable with engaging with customers over the phone. Previous experience in customer service or warehouse roles is an advantage but not essential. Previous experience in social media management would be ideal but not required.
