Main duties of the job You will operationally manage and support designated daily activity within the outpatients department of the Ear, Eye and Mouth Unit (EEMU) and TWH ENT outpatients unit. You, together with the lead Matron, Matron, Clinical director, Consultants and the business management team to lead on service developments within the ENT outpatients services, to improve the quality of service provision and patient care.
