Position Overview
As a Marketing Executive, you will assist in the planning and execution of marketing campaigns that help us achieve our business goals. You will work closely with senior marketing leadership, supporting brand consistency, managing our social media presence, optimizing HubSpot for lead management, executing email campaigns, and coordinating event participation. You’ll also help analyze campaign performance to identify opportunities for continuous improvement. Key Responsibilities
* Strategy Execution: Support the marketing leadership team in developing and executing integrated marketing campaigns that align with business objectives.
* Brand & Messaging: Ensure brand messaging and visual identity are consistent across all marketing materials, platforms, and channels.
* Social Media Management:
-Implement a comprehensive social media strategy to increase brand awareness, engagement, and lead generation.
-Manage the company’s social media channels (LinkedIn, Twitter, Instagram) with on-brand, engaging content.
-Monitor social media metrics and recommend adjustments to improve results.
-Stay current with industry trends and best practices to maintain a strong online presence.
* HubSpot Management: Manage the HubSpot platform for data cleanliness, accurate segmentation, and effective reporting. Leverage HubSpot tools for nurturing leads, automating campaigns, and improving overall marketing efficiency.
* Email Campaigns: Design, execute, and refine email marketing campaigns, utilizing segmentation, A/B testing, and automation to increase open rates, click-through rates, and conversions.
* Events: Assist in the organization and execution of virtual and in-person events, ensuring a strong brand presence, efficient logistics, and positive participant experiences.
* Analysis & Reporting: Compile weekly performance reports for campaigns and initiatives. Use data-driven insights to refine strategies, improve ROI, and recommend actionable improvements.
* Budget Management: Manage aspects of the marketing budget responsibly, ensuring that resources are allocated efficiently to maximize return on investment.
Qualifications
* At least 3 years of experience in a marketing role, preferably in the data intelligence, SaaS, or travel and hospitality industries.
* Strong expertise in HubSpot, email marketing, and managing social media platforms.
* Good understanding of B2B marketing, demand generation, and social media strategies.
* Self-motivated, capable of working independently, and able to handle multiple projects simultaneously.
* Exceptional written and verbal communication skills, with meticulous attention to detail.
* Strong organizational and project management abilities.
* Familiarity with the travel and hospitality industry or related sectors is a plus.
