Interim Senior Employee Relations Manager £400pd
Role: Senior HR Manager - Cantonese, Mandarin or Korean speaker
Client: Major Pharmaceuticals organisation
Duration: 6 months initial
Location: Hybrid working from home and Uxbridge 3 days per week.
An interim Senior HR Manager (Employee Relations) to report to the Head of International Employee Relations and manage a range of Employee Relations Cases, support business change projects, and engage across both UK and Asia Employee Relations Teams.
* Act as Subject Matter Expert on Employee Relations
* Conduct investigations and prepare reports
* Responding and investigating concerns
* Providing insight and interpretation to managers and employees
* Assist in reviewing, revising or recommending ER policies
* Identify and communicate employment and workplace trends
Requirements:
* 5+ years of relevant experience managing Employee Relations
* Degree educated - ideally an Employment Law Degree
* Broad knowledge of HR Principles.
* Excellent communication ability
* Experience within a large, matrix organisation
